HPC Walking Group
We socialise outside of petanque, of course, and love to go on beautiful walks from time to time, expertly guided by fellow members. One example was a beautiful Chilterns walk which went north along the Ridgeway to Pitstone Hill, NE towards Steps Hill, then cut back broadly SE-wards via Clipper Down and Moneybury Hill to the Bridgewater Monument on the National Trust Ashridge Estate, then down to Aldbury. We enjoyed bluebells, cowslips, early purple orchids, ramsons (wild garlic) and red kites. It was all topped off with a pub lunch at The Greyhound in Aldbury. Join us!

Celebrating at The Victoria Stakes
Our friends (and sponsor), The Victoria Stakes team, laid on a terrific celebratory lunch to mark the winning of another trophy by their favourite pétanque team, The Hornsey Petanque Club. Love this club & pub!
Our members include some boffins and fun seekers who do pretty well at the regular quiz night
